Young People and Mental Health Seminar in Cork, Cloyne and Ross

Last Saturday, 10th June 2023, the third seminar of the Diocesan MindMatters programme was held at the Carraig Centre in Ballincollig, Carrigrohane Union of Parishes.

The Rev. Robert Ferris, Rector of Carrigrohane Union, the Rev. Terry Mitchell, Further Education and Training Officer, Hilda Connolly, Diocesan Youth Officer, and Steve Grasham, CofI Youth Ministry Development Officer.

Steve Grasham Youth Ministry Development Officer (Southern Region) from the Church of Ireland Youth Department spoke on the subject of mental health in young people, highlighting a number of different subtopic throughout the seminar. It was an interactive seminar and attendants were invited to ask questions on various topics throughout the talk.
