‘Xperimental’ – Intergenerational Worship in Carrigrohane Church of Ireland Parish

On Sunday the 8th March, Carrigrohane Union of parishes held ‘Xperimental’ – its informal, inter-generational worship gathering. Matt Gould hosted the night of band-led worship and chat-show style discussion about what being a ‘living Sacrifice‘ (from Romans chapter 12) means.

Conor McKeown (teen), Heather Watson (young adult) and Tim Jenkinson (er, slightly older adult) shared what ‘connecting faith and life‘ meant in their day to day lives, in an encouraging and very real way.

Matt Gould writes:

With over 40 people gathering from 13 years old to the 60-somethings, it was a great night for sharing faith across the generations. Thanks to all involved.  (The drinks were elderflower, in case you were wondering!)
